Andrew T. Dunigan Jr. (1920-1980)

Andrew Dunigan Jr. entered the United States Army on November 1, 1942. According to his enlistment record, he was trained as an aircraft mechanic. He worked maintaining aircraft in the U.S., Africa, or Italy, the countries where Tuskegee Airmen were stationed during World War II. He reached the rank of Technical Sergeant before being honorably discharged. After returning to Kokomo, he worked at Button Motors for 27 years. He then moved to California where he worked for Littleton Industry for another 19 years. He passed away in 1980 and is buried in Pacoima, California.
